WHAT IS THIS MAGICAL UNLIMITED HELPDESK SUPPORT?

Our helpdesk access allows you (a home user) to submit trouble tickets (by sending an email) regarding any of your devices and services. If we can help you solve your issue without having to perform any hands-on work, you pay what you want. 🙂

Note: If a ticket requires more than 5 responses from us, it is most likely time to bring in the professionals. 🙂

WHAT IS A "HANDS-ON" SERVICE?

“Hands-on” service is anything that goes beyond emailing with you to find a solution to your issues. Any on-site, remote, or other work.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments through Stripe. That includes  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards because Stripe allows users that are not Stripe members to check out without logging in by using one of the credit cards mentioned above.

HOW DOES "PAY-WHAT-YOU-WANT" WORK?

Once we’re done working on an issue, we close the ticket that gets generated when you email us. Closing this ticket triggers an email that is sent to you which includes an option to pay.

You then decide what you want to pay. Totally up to you. 🙂

HOW DO I SUBMIT A HELPDESK TICKET?

Easy! 🙂

Just send us an email from the email address that you signed up with. We will share with you our helpdesk email once you sign up. This helps us avoid email SPAM.
